ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND DRAWINGS

Each of these pieces is based on one of my favourite places in the Lake District. I spent a period of time at each place mindfully enjoying the surroundings and appreciating the beauty of the scene in detail. Based on sketches and photographs taken, it is representative of the precise time and place I spent there, seeking to capture the viewpoint from where I stood or sat but also to convey the feeling and essence of the precise location. Each painting has its own What Three Words location to reflect that.
They are all painted using artist quality acrylic paints and varnished to protect against dust and UV damage and are framed in a contemporary white wooden frame.
